Journal Writing Video Group

Learn about the basics of keeping a journal - Next group begins in early 2019


Learn to go beyond 'Dear Diary'.  Explore the benefits of keeping a journal, different journal styles and try some exercises to encourage personal reflection - all while sharing with others.

Maximum 10 participants.  $150 + tax for 5 weeks.  

We will use the Zoom video meeting platform

Other times can be set up if there are enough participants in other regions.



A few things you will learn:

- the benefits of writing

- different types of journals

- what is the MOSS 

- prompts and writing exercises



Learn from others and share ideas.  The video format makes it possible to interact with people outside your community.
